Forum structure - suggestion

   Good morning
Is it possible to have the 'Latest posts' at the TOP of the forum Home page?  

That's the part I look to, to see what's new, so every time I log in I need to scroll down.  Minor I know, but would make things a little more user friendly for me.   Maybe others will agree or not.  

(Was not sure where to post this, since it is not a game suggestion....)
