I normally keep it disabled because every so often it interferes with my notifications.  I mostly enable it to track thieves or send to the human statues.

I too have an annoying phantom scrollbar.  i refresh my browser and it disappears. but whenever i reopen my world map its right there again, laughing at me. how can i fix this?

i have the same problem and it apeared when i had my 7th city ,thats when a scroll bar is added 
to the drop down city list

I am facing the issue as well. Luna could you please provide ETA for the fix? currently its seem that its a major defect...

Shame on the Dev team for wasting their time and MY TIME by spamming GC instead of fixing this problem.
