Send one to the Falkenburg hub if you are in the North, we are getting it kick started, had some vanguard armor, rare herbs on there last week.

good hub to make a profit on, plenty of buyers and currently minimum sellers.

Quick addition:  With Deoransandeep's recipe you'll find the best visible hub for your first trader.  If you plan to use a visible hub only as a "mega-warehouse" for some nearby cities -- instead of offering goods for sale -- you can ignore the standing, because it only affects the taxes at the moment.  For the first trader a "mega-warehouse" can make sense, and it should be near two or more  of your towns.

For your second trader it can make sense to ignore all anyway visible hubs, and send this trader to Centrum or another interesting hub.  A trader in an otherwise invisible hub adds this hub to the trade visibility of the trader's home town.  IMO you must always have access on the current Centrum prices, without asking others.  If you can't compare prices with Centrum you'll pay too much or sell too cheap at other hubs.

Similar, if one of your towns can see Centrum, it makes sense to send a trader to another hub.  Trading at Centrum is very hard.

first go to your trade order window you will see few hub names write them on paper

then search them in alliance overview factions

in faction you can see your standings with them  and note them against hub

then select them and on map and click send resources be aware nothing to send on next screen you will see the distance from hub to city note down against hub

after checking for all 3-6 faction decide based on distance and ranking

as if the hub is near you can send and retrieve stock fast

one thing for attention say you have no trader and resources are overflowing still go to the faction on map and send resources and send the overflowing stock there it will be stocked there and in future when you send your trader you can retrieve all

Currently I believe you just have to check out each faction to see where you would stand with them, and pick the one that is most favourable. However, their hub(s) may not be well located for you (some factions have more hubs than others).

I belive, atm they do not have any influence but the tax you pay when trading in their hubs. Currently it is not possible to influence relations/tax.

Could anyone tell me what influence the different factions have in illyriad and how we can interact with them?
All the best,
