How nice of Le Roux to play the diplomatic part, its much more becoming than your first letter to me stating 'You will feel my wrath...' after Dittobites polite messages of 'pay me $1M because I say so' & 'now pay me $100M for laughing about it'. You are correct in that I told both you and Ditt to stop messaging me. I don't deal with threats. Maybe someone with more dignity from Crow can contact me.

I have no idea why anyone knows what my dealings with the unaligned player Niktor are, since the only thing he managed to say to me was 'My town ain´t within your 10x10..'

As for me coming into GC to make fun of Crow, well you have Le Roux to thank for that. I mentioned last night that 'someone is trying to extort $1M from me LOL' and never once mentioning who it was or what alliance it was. I came on this morning to read my 'fine' increased to $100M becaused I laughed about it. I proceeded to go into GC and say 'now they want me to pay $100M LOL'...Again players were asking who it was, I said nothing. All of a sudden Le Roux comes into GC and admits its the Crows trying to extort me.

Now I see 24 incoming armies and here I stand, however limited time it may be since my destruction is a possibility, saying boldly 'I will not give in to extortion or threats, so Crows "Kiss My Axe"...Wink'

The way I see it this is a very non-sensical reason to fight for the following reasons :

- The 10 square "rule" was not broken in any way.
- The 10 square "rule" is a bit of an overkill anyway and noone really uses all that land
- Epidemic is not even using sov in that city atm and he cannot in any way prevent others from settling to any good spots he might have wanted for himself other than sov or negotiation. Anyone could send a settler one square a way from his town at the present moment !
- There is no reason for either players to move their cities as they are not really bothering one another.
- Plenty of good land there for both of them
- If there were casualties and damages from one side, if the incoming attacks are true, then there will be from the other side as well.

Bottomline : Fulfill the attacks, settle the score and let bygones be bygones ...

So, after all, there WAS something fishy going on.

What bothers me the most is.. why don't you just admit you had NO reason to start this fuss in the first place Epidemic? If the city was violating your personal space, the game itself wouldn't let the other player exodus.

Judging by your lack of maturity and the quality os your posts so far, one can only wonder how your "negotioations" with Crow went. And to be honest, if you were half as arrogant as you are being now, i'm quite surprised unpleasant things didn't happened earlier.

For future reference, pls don't lie to the Illy community when you are trying to prove something or ask for moral support.
Plus, as someone said, next time pls solve this kind of matters privately. The forum are not yours, or mine, or any1s else "washing machine" so we can clear dirty laundry.

I doubt whether the Crows are as correct in such matters as you and I ,Brother Gemley.

Lets just say that phrase implies some rather unpleasant activity resulting in an equally unpleasant result, its not... er ...  a very diplomatic turn of phrase, and not one likely to garner any sense of charity in reply...

Its definitely not something useful in negotiation . . .

If the distance exceeds the round number of 10, the square is considered outside the radius. So 10,1 square far is outside the radius.

People really need to read and know the rules of the game and their own alliance.
It wouldn't be the first time a player that is or was in DiL/DL has been overly aggressive with territory.

Epi left DiL in January so I don't see any relevance to DiL policies in this matter.

yes..I guess my mind is still in February. My bad.
I didn't mean to imply that DiL was in any way, shape or form involved in this dispute.
I apologize to DiL.
