   I find myself in an odd predicament. Having spent the past year and 4 months with more leadership and resources than an alliance of 10 elflings could ever possibly need, all 4 of my leadership team have taken a step back simultaneously. With the pressures of being a single mother working 2 jobs and volunteering one evening per week, some serious decisions need to be made. 
I'd like to stress that Q&S is, other than it's lack of leadership, thriving in every sense of the word. Alliance chat is equal to, if not better, than most alliances I've known with 80+ members. Today, I will be graduating 2 members and I've had a request for an invite.. it's not even 10am! 

I refuse to keep admitting elflings I cannot fully support and do not have the time to properly advise. I have considered mergers with other training alliances but sadly none have the race specific advice tailoring which I believe so strongly in.

My choices are to either find a suitable co-leader with the experience and activity to help provide the quality of training which I pride Q&S on or ultimately, the closure of the alliance once all current elflings have graduated. If anyone is interested in assisting, please IGM me. I am willing to consider handing the alliance leadership over and taking a lesser role in Q&S, if the right candidate can be found.
