Rather depends which language you mean... The latinate version exodus is often wrongly assumed to be 2nd declension (goes like annus), of which the plural would be exodi... however, exodus is actually 4th declension (goes like cursus), and is masculine rather than the greek feminine - so would remain exodus in the Nominative plural. If you're being really correct in the Latin, you'd elongate the 'u' sound in the plural, so exodūs (pronounced 'exodoos'). In English, however, I think either exodus or exoduses is fine :) Best, SC
