For example, diplomats and troops: who can they be used against in a hostile manner (no one, only NPCs or certain factions, only those at war with, only inactives, only with permission, anyone not in the alliance or in NAP with your alliance, etc)? ( and this one is a must answer) 3. Can players freely leave the alliance if they wish? If not, what are the consequences of leaving? If you can be kicked out of the alliance, what would cause that action to be taken against you?
