Please force a store update for Illy (Store->Charms->Settings->App Updates->Check for Updates)
Paypal should now work as a payment provider in the Windows 8.1 app

I am having the same issue re Prestige, and raised a petition about it months ago. The problem with your suggested workaround is that I play on the Windows App, as such there is no option on the web browser to log in as a Microsoft account. Therefore I still cannot buy prestige. Melli |

The best way to buy Prestige is through the Chrome browser. Other browsers might have issues. If you are on a Surface Pro, use the desktop browser. Otherwise, try Paypal's guest mode. Let me know in game if this worked for you! GM Rikoo

I keep getting an error message when I try to purchase Prestige. It says, "Couldn't parse ResponseXml. Message type found was . Please See ResponseXml".
