Sure, give me instructions on how to do it or show me a youtube video that'll explain it.

I've not been paying attention to this for a long time, forgot about it even.

What if you had to have the other elven crafting discoveries first, i.e, thoroughbred and sword, in the same town?

I think the terrain we need to find for the fortune teller is TerrainSpecificTypeID=157.

Epi,
I dumped the information out of the world map and identified 2 terrain 157's both were a bust. That is not updated daily as the others are so we may have to look elsewhere.

Looks like you found one of Excel's limitations(I'm assuming you're using Excel, sorry if not), the datafile_worldmap.txt had all 4 fortune teller locations at that time(2012), as shown here from MySQL(handles large data sets MUCH better).
TerrainSpecificTypeID GeoID x y Wood Clay Iron Stone Food TerrainCombatTypeID RedionID TerrainSpecificType

I used excel, as soon as i returned the first 2 locations and looked at them and noted no FT's I didn't bother to much. If the worldmap was updated daily it would work.
As to finding the FT's in a more efficient manner than scanning the map, well its back to the drawing board.
Any other ideas would be good.

Ok, this is going to sound totally, completely and utterly insane.. BUUUUUT
here's my 2 cents ^^
I was checking my alt today and noticed one funny thing. One of my cities, which was captured from an elf player (my alt is a human btw), retained the discovery of the former elf race for the sword.
What if we have to learn all 4 races discovery to unlock the special weapon for us.
So, i'm sugesting. If u're, let's say an elf, and want an elf spirit bow, let's say you could try this.
Have an human (just example) city discover the racial sword.
Have an orc player capture it and discover the racial sword.
Have a dwarf player to capture it and discover the racial sword.
Finally you (an elf) capture the city and..maaaayyyybbe..voila ^^

So, pretty crazy huh?

That would be the cooperation of 4 players. The city would be sieged 3 times (or in short the city would be gone).

And only players with 9 cities or less would even be able to attempt.  Something tells me it probably isn't that.

No, players with 10 cities would be able to get it.. but you would have to give ur town out for capture (ask friends to do it) and then after all 3 others races had it, u could reaquire it back..
yea, the city would be reduced to 0 pop, but wouldn't be gone..

No one said it would be easy, right ? ^^

My 2 cents: Too much speculation and use of external aids to achieve the impossible. The devs are not stupid and the discovery will be obtainable with what is available in game. To have to rely on external aids to achieve an ingame discovery seems just stupid.
