Just a stab in the dark here.

Does anyone have a Runemaster's Grounding tower after researching runeweaving?

Haven't researched that far yet, but sure someone has.

Wouldn't think too many have this based on that branch of magic.

there are people who have runemaster's groundings.  I might or might not be one of them.  As I am not an elf it would not have resulted in a spirit bow anyway.  I don't think this is a productive enough line of inquiry that I would attempt to convince Ryelle to build one.

i was thinking about this over the last fews days and wondered if we could petition the Devs [ie GM Storm] for a clue for each races discovery ?

as an Illy Easter Egg so to speak ?

i mean, lets face it, we are currently totally stumped on how to proceed forward on this for all races ...

We are also stumped on things that have been ingame for much longer and have asked for hints on them, I doubt you would achieve anything by petitioning this other than annoying Luna.

You forget trelling the whole point of the discoveries is to be stumped!  Although I do admit certain discoveries like the statue quest weren't very full filling.  In fact I would say the same about any send units around to x sq's on the map.  

But all the current discoveries we know about are either quest random.  Or looking for odd spots on the  map.  Plus the 10 city discovery.  It would seem reasonable that these discoveries work the same way.  After all they are meant to be fun, and how boring would it be to just wait to craft 1000 weapons or something like that.  I suggest scouring the 4M sq's of map some more!

FYI for anyone trying it: I've completed all the trade research and it did not unlock the Spirit Bow. I have not completed all the crafting and trade research in a single city yet. I'll post another update in 6 months ;p
