Per Shadow in GC, a player has received tasks to complete that appear to be Spirit Bow related after visiting the Fortune Teller a multiple times.

I have sent spies and scouts to temple of reason but to no avail.
I think that the devs would not tie it into research anyway as it would put new players at such a big disadvantage.
Still I am trying to get all 10 cities in my main account complete on research just incase that makes a difference, but that will take a fair bit more time, 7 cities done so far but 2 of the other 3 are far off.

Did you try additional actions, like Temple of reason, or other stuff after getting the research done?

I dont know if anyone has pointed this out yet, but just incase they haven't I can confirm that completing all research in your city does nothing to help for these discoveries.

it doesn't indeed.. just more bowyers (with decreasing effects) or spec-ed bowyer...

Auraya, sov doesn't affect crafting times, does it? I thought it only affected basic item production. I know because I built Ritterrustung Platz to do super-fast plate armor crafting, and then realized that the sov didn't make it any faster.

I'm working my way through building a full 20 bowyer sov structures, having 4x lvl 20 bowyers, building 1000 of each bow type and then visiting all the different elven hubs with the bows created. I'll let you know how that little lot goes.. the bow building is taking some time, I do confess (even with the bow sov!)

Archers Field: L20
Tanner: L20
Mage Tower: L20
Tavern: L20
Brewery: L20
Barracks: L20
Runemasters Grounding: L20
Geomancers Retreat: L20
Bowyer Sovereignty: V
Temple of Reason visited.
Still no luck!
