EE / Consone Agression

Thats correct everyone comes to the assistance of VIC.  and well if the 'lower' alliances gets attacked well they can just fend for themselves.

Tansiraine, you have quite a bit of nerve considering I am today on the receiving end of a couple of inbound military assault from....Tansiraine!! I am not sure we have been formally introduced actually; My name is Tatharion, Trade Senator at Invictus. I wish we had been able to meet in different circumstances!

I can't recall that I have displayed any aggressive behavior toward you in the past!

The heading of this thread is EE/Consone Aggression.
So I thought I would check on the facts surrounding the aggressive moves.

In chronological order

1.RHY declared War on Absa, over Absa removing RHY troops (with prior notification as I understand it, so any troop losses were due to RHY not sending a messenger) 2 tiles away from a city belong to Absa's ally SkB, and sent sieges to Absa towns (maybe an overreaction to avoidable troop losses?).
2.Absa asked for help in breaking sieges, not in any aggressive moves on RHY towns, Invictus was closest and decided to help in siege breaking only.
3.H? decided that Invictus breaking sieges was aggressive (Ummm - run that past me again?) and sent in sieges themselves and reinforcement troops to RHY siege camps sieging Absa towns.
4.H? decided that sieging Absa wasn't enough so declared war on Invictus and Absa (read the post by KP about why they declared war - very little, if anything, to do with the events between RHY and Absa - almost entirely some suppositions about possible future motives of Consone and some dredging up of irrelevant ancient history from before I, and probably most people, were even on the server).
5.Everyone else piled in on whichever side they were allied or had diplomatic ties to.
6. So far all the aggressive moves have been H? sieges on Consone affiliated members, I haven't seen any mention of anyone from H? being attacked and I have been looking. Scouting to see if someone in your neighbourhood (on the opposite side) is arming for war isn't, under the circumstances, an aggressive move; more one of determining local threat levels. I am assuming this is due to Consone being made made up of non aggressive alliances, doubtless others can and will draw other conclusions.
All mentions of bullying etc have been after the events which sparked the conflict off, in nearly all cases they only got mentioned after H? declared War. I have scoured the forums for posts regarding Consone bullying dated before the current events and have failed to find any.  H? consistently and continuously refers to Consone as soup - a gratuitous and somewhat childish insult. I am as yet unaware of any similar insults being tossed at H? Might seem trivial but slinging around such insults is the mark of a playground bully and doesn't reflect well on H?
All of the above can be seen by checking dates and times on diplomacy pages and reading the forum CAREFULLY whilst ignoring all the rhetoric. To the outsider dispassionately looking on I don't see any evidence of EE/Consone behaving aggressively at all.
