Same thing happening to me right now - IE8 browser, have cleared all cookies and history etc.
Log in, first button pushed whether chat, castle or mail and then bumped out to log in screen again.
Is this the case for everyone at the moment?

Takes me a few tries before I can log it too. It has been getting steadily worse over the last few days. How did you solve the problem then Gilthoniel? Did you go away from Chrome?

I am now getting the same problem ie each time I log in I get logged out. I have been using chrome and logged in the same way as usual but for some reason that has no proved inaccessible.

I was able to log in in London if that is helpful. Also had disconnected chat system with facebook but they fixed it after I emailed them, if that somewhat similar to this issue, that the skype function cannot connect or something?

This is the issue that will be disconnecting you as it cannot establish a connection for asynchronous updates (building build, army incoming etc.)
We are looking into this our end

I know it's not my computer since I tried to log on on a different computer
It's also not the browser as I've used different ones to try to get on, and with the same result.

I'm using Google Chrome I don't know what version though and it does say chat cannot connect before I get booted.
I'm studying abroad right now in England and this only just started happening when I arrived
I am logged off everywhere else, just logging on and staying on seems to be the issue
