There are new complaints about being kicked from Illy in global chat today, specifically Kojak mentioned something. Appears to be an ongoing problem. Anything users can do when this is happening to help you identify and correct the problem?
Update: Problems are noted in both Chrome and IE9, although they are not consistent across all users.
Problems appear to resolve when the user clears browser history, download history and cache and reloads.
If you are having problems getting logged out when you log in to Illy, try going to your browser tools and clearing browser history, download history and browser cache. This may resolve the problem.

I am having the same problems. I was logged in, went to make dinner and came back to find myself logged out. Tried to log back in and it keeps kicking me out. I use Firefox.

Having same problem. Using IE8, IE9, and Safari. Tried on four different Windows OSes and an iPad 2. Cleared all history, cookies, and temporary internet files. Changed IP and still have the same problem.

Same problem here with firefox 9.0.1 and IE9 , I got a brief pop up message when trying to change a city with arrows "Unable to complete request" before logging out.
After crearing all browser history out I was able to connect normally. (Firefox)
