I was thinking about the song when I came up with the subject title, I just realized that some rather big and scary alliances are nodding and would happily break me and my refurbished alliance. Please don't 
 Anyway, this is just a quick and simple thingy to get potential members' attention.
So here is our recruiting line : 

"This alliance was not forged in the fires of Mount Doom nor is it the battered remnants of a once great alliance looking to rebuild. ...  and is open to all with the IQ higher than a root vegetable."
