That's another problem, the map also behaves oddly. To get chat, friends, and next events as they used to be I logged off and on again, that fixed the right part of the Illy window. But not the unresponsive map.

Same here, only a problem on Chrome but just started this morning with the cut off chat.

yeah, that happens when you had disabled one or both. Just enable both, log off, log on again,and they are back.

 Level 2Improving The Paddock means that your city's breeders can raise the finest thoroughbred foals, which will then serve your merchants , diplomats, and the military.
Upgrading the Paddock will see a steady increase in the speed of horse-breeding at the rate of 4.5% per level.
If you unlock the Horse Training Research and build a Horse Trainer in this settlement, then you will also be able to train your horses to produce superior steeds in this Paddock.
