After numerous unanswered petitions I feel it is time to take this to the streets to see if a change can be made.
What bothers me is the severity of the losses when your mission fails. ie: Total It is simply not reasonable to have a couple thousand men not return when they get caught in a small inactive city.
I have heard the chance of being caught is 1:3000 or something like that. I have been recording all of my missions detailing the losses. In my last 403 missions I have had 4 total failures where no men returned. The data shows there is a 1:100 chance of getting caught. I am perfectly fine with this. 1:100 is a reasonable chance of getting caught.
What is not reasonable is losing all of your men. If you get caught there should be a chance of getting away or escaping.
What I propose is keeping the chance of getting caught at 1:100 but adding another chance of 1:100 for the percentage of men who escape and return.
