i would suggest having your alliance area near the d'haran alliance area. i undertsand they are located in kul tar.  that way the players won't be far apart from one another

Exactly, and when the new players become more experienced they will move onto the D'haran empire 1. So i really think its very good for new players to learn about the game in a carefree and fun environment!

it is an intersting idea, your using the training alliance to maximise possible recruits by offering two different "branches" of alliances. one for more experienced players and one for lesser experienced, new players and such.

Shoot, I've been playing for 9 months and I was classified as a Neophyte just a couple of months ago!

Personally, I don't get the concept of "training alliance".  Any alliance that is open to new recruits is always training someone, somehow.

I understand how an alliance will get close to full and so it creates a sister alliance...this makes sense to me.

But in an alliance, players tend to establish personal relationships.  So when a trainee is ready to graduate, then he has to separate from his new friends...this strikes me as odd.  Oh well, each to his own.  :)
