Happy birthday Illyriad! And thank you devs for making such an awesome game!! Keep up the excellent work.

I would love to hear what motivated you to make this game. I would also enjoy hearing about your hopes and dreams for illy. If Illyriad was exactly what you wanted it to be, how would that look?

I am also curious about the effects of trade v2 on care-a-vans. If you could give some insight there, that would be awesome!

It would be nice if some further clues to the unsolved mysteries could be dropped, maybe in some seemingly innocent stories in the Herald if not in the interview. You could hide them in between completely innocent stories there just to keep us assumed like 'Spider ambushes developer during tea and biscuits.'

Is there anything game wise the developers have implemented they wish they hadn't and why, and what tasty morsels can we be expecting 'soon' to be released.

Are there still plans to bring out level 3 quests (military) or have these been scrapped?

Are there any plans for another user interface in the near future or is UI2 here to stay for a while?

Will Elgea be the only continent still for the foreseeable future? Also how did Elgea get its name? I have a bet with someone that discussions were happening about it and someone looked down at their phone and just said the model name randomly and it stuck... I'm glad if thats the case the person didn't have a Nokia! LOL

If a tree falls in the woods and there is nobody there to hear it does it make any noise?

There's probably other more serious questions I've forgotten as typing, but c'est la vie!

Two and a half Big smile  questions -- add-ons to questions posed by others. 

When/if crafting becomes a part of Illy, will there be more buildings to go along with that? AND, is there any plan to allow us to build more buildings in our cities? That is to expand the number of available plots if more buildings are added? 

Speaking of dev staff.... Are there going to be any additional staff resources working on the petition queue? I've heard a number of people mention how long it takes to have their petitions acknowledged, let alone the time to actually get a resolution. We know the staff if small and we all want new sparkly goodness in Illy, but we also would like our problems addressed quickly. 

That said, Illy has the most involved dev group of any game I've played. I really appreciate the interaction, information, and the attention you all pay to your player base! It's a big part of what makes Illy the great game it is. Thank you!

will there be a specific unique unit to each race that is special? i mean we all have the same units but only different names and different stats, they are basically the same.

or is there something i don't know about?

for elf maybe a marksman a bit like a heavy warrior trueshot

for Humans a heavy duty pikemen or long pike

for dwarves a heavy duty warrior like a berserker

for orc a heavy duty horse like a cathrapact on steroids

well something like those. that is unique to that race. 

we all have spear unit,infantry,ranged etc. the only difference is their names and stats.

Is Crafting still on the dev list, and would you have clearer ideas on how it would work? (how to get items for crafting. what use and effects would have crafted items: would it be rare items or would it be weapons upgrades to enchance a whole army..)

Three questions:

1) Can you disclose any news or new rumours on the missing two schools of magic?
2) What will be the most important way to improve your standing with factions? (Guesses: trade, faction quests, being friends with their friends and killing their enemies)
3) How unique will trade resources be? I.e. will it pay off to buy items from a faction in one end of the map to sell to players in the other corner of the map or will there be something similar enough available there too?

Good job on an awesome game!

Will the idea of nations and/or territories be implemented?  If so, are the devs hoping for more "war - like" activity?

Will it be possible to remain neutral in a war, and to have neutrality  function as a way yo avoid conflicts?

Will there be tolls on waterways and/or road ways, and if so, how will they be able to be enforced by players claiming to own the right of passage through a particular road or waterway?

Congratulations on two years, wish I had been playing since the start!
