Welcome to Illy, Telpemacar.  Shoot me a mail in game or in the forum if you're interested in joining nCrow.  I recommend that new players play for a few days before deciding to join an alliance, including nCrow.  Get to know the game and begin to develop a sense of your goals so you can join an alliance that will best fit.
