20 in the city. I have it in 5 towns, none of them with a horse trainer Shift+R improves the quality of this image. Shift+A improves the quality of all images on this page.

Eh, the race specific sword discovery comes from just having a swordsmith. I got it 6 hours after I built my swordsmith without any crafted items research.
