Crafted Item NOT In Inventory

The Devs couldn't really find out what happened. This was my fault. I cancelled part of the queue then I upgraded the Plate Armorer after the ticket was entered and before the Devs looked at the problem.By the time they looked at it, it started producing.
So lesson learned is "If you have an issue, enter a ticket and do NOT do anything until Devs say it is fixed"
Also, the Devs credited me for the Jungle Plate I had queued.

	well now the queue time is decreasing but the queued items left is not? do i now have to watch every crafting queue to make sure it is working? has any one in Illy Tech support looked at this?

	Not sure if anyone else has seen this issue. I have filed a petition. I am crafting Jungle Plate. The items appear to be produced because items left in the queue decreases. However, nothing shows in inventory.
