How will the Confederation protect my rights as a concerned citizen?

I want to point out that TOR has started some approaches to found “inter-alliance” organisations. Therefore, the Illyrida Trade Union has been founded to set a starting point (however, we realised that changes of the trade-system are necessary to start working trade union, but the structures have been created and will be very useful, if T2 will be implemented).

We are also considering various ways to be able to create a defence or political union. As we are committed to democracy such a confederation shall be based on a wide possibility of participation of all members (it needs a court, a senate and a “charta of player rights” as well as a council of alliance leaders). While participating alliances can be (more or less, however you define the term) authoritarian, the entire organisation should be based on transparent and fair rules.

I think the need for an alliance network of small and medium sized alliance is large and I would be happy to participate in such a network.

Thank you for the links. 

I feel the community has a large need for an alliance network. They key will be to keep the structure simple enough that alliances want to be a part of it. 

I am working on a rough draft of "player rights" as you called them. Basically a set of rules regarding certain aspects of the game that protect players. Hoping to get it out here so teh community can tear it apart!

We are also accepting alliances that would be interested in joining the confederation but wish to remain a independent  alliance.
