Christmas Scavenger hunt Tourney!

The Kaendran Crows have decided to celebrate the holiday season with a divine scavenger hunt! This contest will be open to all players below 30k pop.

We will be restricting entries to 20 players in each league. The leagues are as follows.

League 1: 0 - 5000

League 2:5000 -10000

League 3: 10000 - 30000

 You can apply for competing in a higher league with bigger players. But league changes will not be allowed once the tourney is decided. The population limit criteria has to be met during the start of the tourney. You can go above or below it once the tourney has started.

The contest will run from 19^th December to 24^th December.

As is the nature of our alliance, we believe in players having a choice in everything they do. Even if it makes things complicated, cause it's fun! As a result we have decided to give winners a choice in the prizes too. Why? Because we can!

Behold, one of the most complicated prize systems ever!

First place of every league gets : 

A. 4 silversteel chain

B.Choice between 4 silver steel items (swords/spears) or 10 composite bow/10 spiked sword/10 razor edge spears

C. Choice between 60 nimble warhorses/heavy war horses. 

D. 10 mn gold. Gold Medal

Third Place of every league gets:

A. Choice between 1 silver steel items (spear/sword) or 3 composite bow/3 spiked sword/3 razor edge spears

B. Choice between 10 nimble war horses/heavy war horses

C. 2 mn Gold. Bronze medal. 

The rules are as follows. Each league will be given 3 target cities across the map. Players will have to set up blockades around these cities. Players are encouraged to attack other blockades. Of course if you are in the same alliance, you will not be able to attack each other. You’ll have to figure that out between yourselves. This is an individual tournament, not an alliance tourney. 

Every day at a random time, vans will be sent out from cities with no blockade running researched and will contain some items from the scavenger list to these cities. The person who captures the van, captures the resource from the van and will have that item ticked off his list.

The resources may be resent and you may end up capturing more number of vans but all may end up with the same resource spread. Or you may capture one van which may have 5-6 different resources. At the end of the day, winning depends on the number of items ticked off the list, not the number of vans captured.

The hunt will last over 10 days and players will be divided by leagues. At the end of it, the top 3 players from each league who get the most number of items off the list will be declared the winners.
