As everyone knows there is currently no way to trace the highest level blight spells which also do the most damage.

I'd like to suggest that either the GM's push forward the release of scrying.
 
Alternativly split the spells into a heavily nerfed sneak attack and a strong known attack.
 
Say have "attract rats" destroys 2 to 4 % of food, livestock and horses with no traceability
 
while "plague of locusts" destroys 14% of food, livestock and horses however the target player recieves in a message; "your citizens have been thrown into a panic when they saw a dark cloud of insects emerge from town X of player Y"
 
The current percentage damage is 10% right?
