Cannot Log In

   I can't log in my main or alt. I have been having problems the past few weeks with changing between pages while playing. I found that if I changed to my profile page between each page change this seemed to help. Today, most attempts to change pages resulted in a forever loading screen with nothing but the top banner. Refreshing did not help. I signed out and back in and this did not help. The last time I signed out to try to fix it I was unable to sign back in. I get the sign in page and am able to fill in my username and password but the red sign in button is inoperative. I am using windows 10 with chrome. I tried my other laptop but get the same thing. I tried Edge but it is no different. May I please play Illy? Please?

	Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Anytime you are having difficulty at the sign-in page, clear your browser cache and refresh your browser. That will solve the problem with the red button not working. Hint: Wait until the page is fully loaded to enter your name and password. Normally I just clear the cache as a standard before I even try loading the page. Then I sometimes don't have problems. The slow loading pages thing is something that I have experienced, but not nearly to the degree you have. Is it possible that is due to your internet connection? You might also check your domain name server. Resetting it to the google server 8.8.8.8.8 (or something like that, look it up) resolved some similar problems for me a while back.

	It works. Here's a detaailed list of what I did... 1) Went to bed. 2) Woke up. 3) Tried to log in. 4) It worked. This was tried last night on 2 computers, with caches cleared and pages fully loaded before trying anything. All other sites were unaffected, such as my email, news sites, you tube etc. Has a GM read this? I want to know if this could happen again. If I can't log in I could die.
