I think it is t do with Sov'

Something got broken when first soverign structure built... now nothing can complete till that's completed and database unlocked... that's my guess anyways.

nothing to do with sov - everyone is having completion problems on all buildings/events

okay, so I built a Farmstead on my Soverign square, and it has been completed for 10 minutes but it still says the structure is in progress.... why?
