   They made reference to this bug in the last update description; I believe they think it is fixed.  I would suggest first closing and re-opening your browser, and if the building is still at a negative level, then definitely send a petition.

	Sounds like a bug, not a technical problem... probably better if you send a petition ingame.

	my architects office is at lvl minus 2 and wont upgrade to minus 1 caliming not enough resources, yet the resources listed to upgrade to lvl 1 are zero required. means i cannot upgrade my architects office ever.
