As I see it H? is constantly blamed of something in this forum, that they did not do or it is just ridiculous. So I understand that it is getting bit boring and hard to take seriously anymore. So how about next time send message to people who are involved and ask before writing to the forum.

No Mr Anderson I am not deliberately misunderstanding your sense of humour. You and those other Harmless? posters are deliberately missing the point :

It almost feels like you are deliberately misunderstanding. Maybe it is not you that is totally missing out on the humor at all, it is us that don't get your sense of humor.  So if that is the case you can disregard this. If not, her is a honest attempt to a serious answer. I will not cover the points in ascending order, I hope that is OK.

1. Yes, to enable an alliance mate to raze his city he left the alliance (again - at his own initiative).

Well, as many have pointed out before me, he is not making false claims, he is playing along with the sarcasm that started on PAGE 1 after KillerPoodles statement that this was temporary and that Bart still was under H? protection and after The_Dudes lucky guess of what was going on. After that it was so obvious what was going on (for most of us), hence the opportunity to have some fun with fellow gamer on the forum. 

Clarification: When I say that The_Dude had a lucky guess of what is going on, I'm being sarcastic. Why? Because this way of "moving" cities is (in my view) a well known and widely used practice.

The truth is:- that anyone who tells the truth about H? are liable for the same kind of treatment as Bartimeus whereas those who  tell lies on it's behalf or give sycophantic support will receive  a few words of favour to their face and a great deal sly laughter behind their backs.
 
Regieme change is what is needed in H? Perhaps the once worthy senior players of H?  will show those old qualities that they once had and effect it but I don't hold my breath.
