There's a very logical explanation for this which Bartimeus has discussed with me.  That action is being taken at his request and he will be rejoining H? shortly.  If Bart wants more details known publicly - he'll post here.

Anyone else thinking to muscle in while he's out of H? be aware he is still under our protection.

If someone wants to take over cities within an alliance, one of them has to go out.
Perhaps Bartimaeus didn't like the view from this city, so he asked another player to siege him...LOL

Just to suggest another option, before evryone suspects H? intern struggles...Wink

Now, I've just spotted that Bartimeus is under siege from someone in H? and he's been kicked out of H?. HElp me out here, people... What's going on?
