 Topic: Bad Math in Upkeep?

I started to build up my armies, and I've noticed the total gold upkeep doesn't match the itemized breakdown for troops- is this bad math, or am I missing something? Nope, its not due to troops in construction..
upkeep for soliders + upkeep for soldiers in armies+upkeep for diplomats+upkeep for diplomats in armies < total upkeep

How much less? Could something unlisted like commander upkeep supply the difference?

That could be it- total upkeep is off by 3 gold per hour more, and I have 1 level 0 commander....

yes, I counted, and it listed the diplo units, and the army units. I didn't count the commander, because he wasn't listed on the report. I currently have 1 militia commander, so if commanders count triple, +2 gold, or 3 regardless of type, then it balances.

Okay, now my army is a bit larger, I still have only 1 commander, and the total is 2 off instead of 3- did the commander take a cut in pay without telling me :) ?

Alright, here is the latest report from taxation- you'll notice the total for units only adds up to 105, not 108. Its already been mentioned that the other 3 gold might be from my commander's salary.
But why am I getting +10 gold per hour?

I also have a commander but there is NO upkeep for him, he is not listed and doesnt effect the income, must be another explanation for it????
