Right now, there are only 3 schools of magic (Geomancy, Blights, Runes) with more planned to be added at some time later in the game.

Blessings and Curses were two of the possible magic schools being talked about... but it's not 100% sure what schools will actually be added nor what spells will they have.

Of course all is subject to change, but Blessings and Curses is an almost certainty and coming out after the Sovreignty release ("sometime soon").  Not sure if that is one school or two schools though and don't know what the spells are.  The other almost certain schools are Summoning and Illusions/Scrying
