Tcol will be acting in support of alliance(s) we consider friends if and when the need arises, and within the limits afforded to us by ongoing and looming wars. Since we are not directly participting Api keys will only be provided on direct request from the tourney organiser. We hope the community at large will have fun, and look forward to seeing the winners emerge.

So that's supposed to mean that TCOL doesn't want to bother but is happy to tilt the deck?

Either yall take part or you don't. Anything else kinda looks like you don't want to let others to have fun. Surely you can be professional if you want to stay out.

Not happy about the way this declaration has been made because seems to imply that Tcol will not participate in the tourney but WILL  intervene on behalf of Alliances it favours or as and when the need arises (?) . I would like to see the winning alliances be those who gained there win the hard and fair way and not because Grom favoured them.  Angry
