   It is a wonderful feature of Illy relative to other games of the ilk how generous people are to newbies.

There is however a problem where people claim to be newbies but are not. This is fair enough when only small amounts of res are being asked for and/or given, however it becomes a complete farce when a so called new player in no alliance is fed massive amounts of res for prestiged growth and still claims independence.

I humbly suggest that as in political donations a player claiming independence should have to demonstrate where funds came from. ie if you're in an alliance fair enough, your growth was sponsored. if you claim to be independent, all res donations above a certain amount should be labelled with source. 

In case of doubt, I am specifically referring to so called new players who grow very fast and try to antagonise and promote conflict in igm's and GC wihout being in an alliance. They are being paid to promote a viewpoint and their sponsors should be in the open.
