Sometimes there's a simpler solution. I plotted my towns roughly on a piece of 6"x4" card, with coords and caravan times between the important ones. It doesn't cover all the uses for the above request, but for me it does most of them.

Hi All,
I was thinking the other day when I settled my last couple of cities, I wanted to put them near the middle of the formations I had started with my other cities and I had a heck of a time trying to put the locations of all of my cities together on the strategic map. I was wondering if there could be an option to have all of your cities appear at once, not just the one currently selected one?
What I ended up doing was constantly changing the current city, taking screenshots and then putting them together in Photoshop to figure out where I wanted to look for spots for settling subsequent cities but this took a long time and I thought that it might be able to be done similarly to the alliance cities options.
