If you can't access the email address attached to the account in order to get the password reset, it is difficult to verify the account is actually yours. You need to work on getting your email access again it sounds like.

Sent the email two days ago
Have 3 towns in game and going for 4rth. I am using Google mail to enter the game but changed it by mistake to a wrong one!(WAnted to just use my new Google mail) Edited by Bolvar Fordragon - 30 Apr 2013 at 09:25 |

If the email address you entered in error is not taken, register it and try again. Of course, that's assuming it is possible (yahoo or some such).

Hello,
Before 2 days i tried to change my accounts email but apparently i did wrong and i entered a non existent email. I sent an email at your support but no answer. The problem is that i cant login with both my previous email nor the new email and i am locked out of my account. The user name or password provided is incorrect. Please try different information or create a new account. If you have forgotten your username or password you can reset it on the Forgotten Password page. Or review the account support page if you believe this is in error My new email is not activated and doesn't work and the previous one is not in the database cause i asked for change.. Any ideas? |
