That will show you abandoned cities. You may find inactive cities where the account has not been formally abandoned that are closer and/or better targets, but so far as I know you have to do the old-fashioned map searching thing.

Heres something that will help. Just put your town cords into the boxes and it will tell you all the towns closest to you and then they go farther out. Hope it helps.
