abandon a new city possible?

Is there an option on the game that i can destroy it and make a new 2º city???

	It doesn't have to be a big player. You can raze a 0 population town without catapults, and if it's above 0, population lost via demolition counts the same as destroyed buildings. All they would need is siege research.
