GM Rikoo,

How long does it usually take to resolve theses issues? I have a commander and army I can't use and now the city I was sieging has been cleared from the map.

There is no one answer for that. I'm sharing the thread and information and will just have to get back to you when it is fixed. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful!

Just checking in as it has been over a week with no change in status. My petition is still showing as unassigned. I have been waiting for a resolution before taking further action as I'm afraid to do anything that may cause further issues.

Posting on the forum is not a good way to get attention for a petition.  You might consider updating the petition with a note that indicates the problem is still unresolved.  

Sometimes it takes quite a while for them to address petitions.  They prioritize petitions that affect a large number of people before those that affect only one person.

I asked them to start a thread dedicated to this problem, but of course there are multiple issues possibly at work here. One army might disappear due to a bug, and yet another might because of user error or a mistake. We're looking into it, so the only thing I can tell you is that we'll get in contact once we have a fix, or it will be posted in an update.

Well this issue still seems live, the DEVS quickly helped on petition #9872, and I now have another - petition #10443.

Whoever said 3 bear cubs couldn't cause trouble was clearly lying...

Oddly enough; the animal parts from the NPC battle landed where the encampment was to occur... but not the army.
