18JUN2016 Name Changes

   Previously if you changed name it would hold it for all time and only you could change name to it and new players could not use it. However, you could not search for the name so it appeared it was not in use.
Now after changing name you have a 7 day window where only you can change back to that name, however after that time the name will be returned to the available names and can both be used by new players and also changed to by existing players.
