Sabotage Units temporarily disabled
For gameplay balance reasons, sabotage units are temporarily disabled and players are advised not to send them out on missions.

Sabotage Technology Descriptions Updated
The Sabotage and Master Saboteur technologies had their descriptions back-to-front, which has now been updated to reflect what each unit really does.

Buglet (resolved): Occupying Armies
If you sent an army to occupy terrain that was already being occupied by another neutral then the system would interpret your action as an olive branch of peace. This is wrong, and has been corrected.
