Mana Build-Up Detected At Rift

Augurs from the Circle of Five have reported a disturbing and substantial increase in the dark power emanating from The Rift. 

Further investigations are being rushed to completion.

It is perfectly Harmless? ™, Rill, a Dracolich  has only an attack value of 7200, and there are (yet) no reports of hundreds of these beasts:  A healthy breakfast for Esperanza.

So far so good at the Rift, no Dracoliches, which is a little disappointing.  More armies than usual seem to have been circulating, and there are more diplomatic units in the area to assess the emerging situation.  My diplos received the same reports as usual when they visited earlier.

I think it's fairly obvious.  The undead are trying a Tenaril's Spell of Teleportation to get outta the underworld!!!!
