In recent news, I feel though that it is necessary to say something about the topic and that it could and probably will happen again in some due time.

For land claims that if you can defend it - your area - you have the right to keep it as yours.

In Elgea the same can be implied. Which TCol has done and can do.

Which leads to the fact that The Newb Ring should obviously not claimed. This should also include lands that are around the newb ring to give beginners space instead of it always being a free fall.Thus If all of them were claimed besides the newb ring there wouldn't really be space for people just joining. Could possibly lead to beginners not interested in the game.
