If you get sent a message with a pic and want to add it to your profile it is fairly straightforward:

Open the message, right click on the pic and then select copy.
Open your profile and select Edit Profile.
Scroll down to the bottom where the actual edit box is and right click in the position you want the pic to appear.
Click the Paste icon that appears.
Left click in the popup that opens then press CTRL+V and click OK.
If you are happy with how it appears click the Update Profile button, otherwise adjust it.
Scroll back to the top and click Profile (you are still in Edit mode).
