Don't know if this is widely known yet, but I discovered a work around for people who would like to delete an army or division. It's not really deleting them, but if you leave the name blank and rename, it's the next best think to deleting it. Your army won't appear on the "Present Units" list and to me at least, I find it easier to organize my divisions when the ones not used have blank names. Until the developers change things, I hope this helps some people.
