Emails are now being sent to warn players of impending auto-abandonment. These are only sent for rules 3,4,5 on the  http://www.illyriad.co.uk/Support/Account" rel="nofollow - Illyriad Account Support  page. Suspended accounts and rules 1 and 2 are not contacted. These are sent 2 weeks, 1 week and 1 day before the account it placed on the abandonment queue. If a player logs in before the account is actually abandoned it will be removed from the queue.
