There are currently 20,510,819 mail messages with quite a few being created every second - and we have to change the data type of the field to accept unicode which will knock the Mail table offline while its happening...
This would be a very very bad thing...  |

Would it be possible to schedule a few-minutes' (Or about half an hour's) downtime sometime today/tomorrow for a "kwik-fix", then, please?
