Hi All, King Sigurd has completed distributing all the prizes to all the participants and alliances and you will have received an ingame mail detailing your prize for each victory. The tournament was a fantastic success, and His Majesty will definitely be holding more in the future - for both alliances and individuals. Regards, SC |

Many, many thanks! The Illyriad staff should get prizes, too, for all the work gone into it,  (just don't know what)  Is there any chance to see stats for the special units, as I don't want to send them out just to test their skills  kindly Hora |

You need to go in the millitary overview in the UI 2... then click on the soldier head icon next to the units name... Praetorian Guardsmen AllSpearmen King Sigurd's Praetorian Guards are highly trained specialists in the art of discretely, bu forcefully, keeping the Monarch from harm. Experience: 0 Movement Speed: 12 Carrying Capacity: 0 Elite Praetorian Guardsmen AllInfantry The very greatest soldiers in the King's Praetorians are selected for special training - and special duties. Men - and women - of few words, combining their natural talents of speed, agility and tactical analysis with the most rigorous training available, very few succeed to in their quest to become an Elite Praetorian.
Experience: 0 Movement Speed: 14 Carrying Capacity: 0 they really rock!!!! look at the comparaison to the elven trueshot, considered as one of the best units... and we don't have to pay the upkeep, the king pays them for us... by the way, does someone know what the experience is for normal units (not commanders) ? Elven Trueshots ElvenRanged Many times, Orcish intruders in Elf-held forests die without ever seeing their enemy. Elven Trueshots are the most accomplished bowmen in the World, often killing with perfectly placed headshots from hundreds of yards away - even in forests.

| M31 - the special units given as prizes? I don't think so. I think I read that somewhere. But you can leave 1 unit out of an army and see if it shows on your Commander screen for promotion. |

yeh I can confirm what TD said... neither normal nor elite praetorians can be promoted to commander. A shame for me because they would make some really nice long-term personal stat enhancement commanders... I guess it is so the tourny winners don't gain a real long-term ingame advantage from the prize. Eventually the prize units will die in battle and won't come back, unlike commanders. |
