I can't access Illy site(s) https://elgea.illyriad.co.uk/" rel="nofollow - https://elgea.illyriad.co.uk/ or https://www.illyriad.co.uk/" rel="nofollow - https://www.illyriad.co.uk/ for almost 2 days already. Got the "This site can't be reached" message. Only the forum site seems accessible to me. Internet connections is not the problem. I tried several browsers, clear cache & cookies, login with my mobile, paste https://209.133.209.150/" rel="nofollow - https://209.133.209.150/ in the address bar, ... None worked for me Am I alone with this problem? Connecting from France. My IP address starts with 86.227.xx.xx

Try https://elgea.illyriad.co.uk/" rel="nofollow - http://elgea.illyriad.co.uk/ It will then redirect to the correct secure site. In the past one of the causes of this has been outdated security certificates on your device(s) but I can't remember how to clear them (I don't think clearing the cache does it).
