  Greetings everyone :D OCON will be creating "OCON: Initiative" soon!!!! A large majority of our current members will be moving under it's banner. This new exciting alliance will be dedicated to helping new members learn and grow; it's structure and members will be under OCON's guidance and protection. Members of either alliance (at there own choice or at Council suggestion) will be able to move between the two alliances; I will be posting another post dedicated to OCON: Initiative here soon; however in the meantime if you want to join OCON follow the links above.
